A fresh coat of paint for the Maritime Bookshop was applied in April. I am sure you will all agree that the new site interface is a lot more pleasing than the old one. Although the new website design is hugely important allowing the end user to make a quick decision about your brands' credibility in a matter of seconds, we realised that after the initial impact the content must draw the end user deeper into the site to fulfil some objectives otherwise, what's the point. Therefore most of our attention was on designing a fresh and vibrant new website design with flexibility to cater for business growth and increased publication of regular content. To encourage growth of content we introduced a secondary tier of navigation in the shop window adding a speedier functionality A customer feedback Xmod and product rating function have also been created to add interactivity and a blog will be introduced by the end of 2011 to add content.
